Common questions
Still unsure about something? Talk to us.
How much does VezmoPay cost?
VezmoPay starts at 2.79% + $0.29 per successful card charge, with no setup fee. International cards add 1%, American Express is 2.89% + $0.49, and bank transfers (ACH) are 0.9% + $1.00 capped at $10.00.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and US bank transfers (ACH) are on from day one. You can switch on Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm (6.3% + $0.50, 6.5% + $0.50 and 6.5% + $0.60), Cash App Pay (the card price), Amazon Pay (2.9% + $0.30), UPI for customers in India and Pix for customers in Brazil (2% each, plus 1.5% for international payments).
Is the advertised rate the rate I will pay?
It's a starting rate. We set your exact rate when we approve your account, based on your business model, industry and risk profile. You'll have it in writing before you take a single payment — and once you're approved, your live rate is always there in your VezmoPay settings, under Fee schedule.
Is there a monthly fee?
Normally, no — most accounts don't pay one, and there's no setup fee, no minimum volume and no lock-in. A monthly account fee can apply depending on your business type, volume and risk profile. If one applies to you, you'll know before you take a payment — we confirm every fee when we approve your account.
What does it cost to withdraw my money?
Nothing. Withdrawals to your bank account are free, and you choose when to withdraw.
What happens if a customer disputes a payment?
A disputed payment costs $20.00, whether you win or lose. If you send evidence to fight it, responding costs $15.00, and that is returned if you win.
Do I get the processing fee back on a refund?
No. As with card networks and payment processors, the fees on a payment are not returned when you refund it. Sending the refund itself costs nothing.
