Getting started
Vezmo is a financial technology company that gives businesses and freelancers one account to get paid, hold, convert, send and spend money across borders. Payment processing is live: customers pay by card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UPI or Pix through invoices, payment links and checkout. In early access, Vezmo adds USD, EUR and AED account details, stablecoin (USDC and USDT) credited as US dollars, payouts in 150+ currencies and business cards. Proposals, e-signatures, invoicing, billing and bookkeeping are built in.
About VezmoBusinesses, including sole traders and freelancers acting for their business, in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, India, the United Arab Emirates and many more countries. Which account currencies you can get depends on where your business is registered and where its owners live; we check this when you apply. Vezmo is not for personal, family or household use.
Terms of ServiceCreate your account, tell us about your business and verify your identity. Once VezmoPay is approved, you can send invoices and payment links and start taking payments. If we need anything else from you, it appears in your To-do with the reason and a deadline.
Create your accountNo. Vezmo is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking, stablecoin and card services are provided by regulated partners & Banks.
How your money is heldNo. Vezmo (vezmo.com) is a business banking and payments platform from Vezmo Technology, Inc., a Delaware company. It isn't Venmo and isn't affiliated with Venmo or PayPal.
Getting paid
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Buyers in India can pay with UPI and buyers in Brazil with Pix, if you turn them on.
VezmoPayYes, where it’s switched on. Buyers can see and pay your price in their own currency at checkout, and they see the exact amount before they pay. You’re paid your price.
Invoices, payment links and hosted checkout pages, plus subscriptions for work that repeats. Your products and services catalog fills in names and prices for you.
Invoicing & paymentsYes. Billing charges your customers on a schedule for subscriptions and retainers, so you don’t have to send the same invoice every month.

Normally, no. There’s no setup fee, no minimum volume and no lock-in. A monthly account fee can apply depending on your business type, volume and risk profile, and if it does, you’ll know before you take a payment.
No. As with card networks and payment processors, the fees on a payment aren’t returned when you refund it. Sending the refund itself costs nothing.
Proposals, invoicing, billing and bookkeeping come with our plans. You’ll find every plan and what it includes on our Pricing page.

Payouts & balances
Payments build up in your Vezmo balance, and you withdraw to your bank account when you choose. Withdrawals to your bank are free.
To keep money safe, we or our partners may hold a payout or place a reserve, for example while we review an account, to cover disputes and refunds, or when activity looks unusual. If we need something from you, it shows in your To-do.
Merchant AgreementYes, in Payout setup. To protect you, changing it needs a code we send to your email.
Disputes & refunds
A disputed payment costs $20.00, whether you win or lose. If you send evidence to fight it, responding costs $15.00, and that’s returned if you win.
Open the payment in your dashboard and refund it. Sending a refund costs nothing; the original processing fee isn’t returned.
Security & verification
The law and our regulated partners require it before money can move, and it keeps fraud off the platform. We ask for things like an ID and business documents, and we may ask for more later. Requests always come through your To-do.
Two-step sign-in is on for every account, with a code by email, an authenticator app or a passkey. Changing payout details needs an emailed code, and card details are entered into secure fields so full card numbers never reach our servers.
Security & ComplianceWe keep verification files until 5 years after your business closes its Vezmo account, then delete them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to privacy@vezmo.com.
