01
What you agree to
Vezmo works online. By opening an account, or by ticking “I agree” where this consent is shown, you agree that we may give you records electronically instead of on paper, and that you can sign and accept agreements electronically.
Clicking “I agree”, “Accept” or a similar button next to a document is your signature on it and has the same effect as signing on paper. Our electronic records of what you agreed to, and when, are evidence of your agreement, and you won’t challenge them only because they are electronic.
02
What it covers
- Our agreements and policies, and any changes to them.
- Notices and disclosures the law requires, including notices about holds, account closures, disputes and errors.
- Statements, receipts, confirmations and transaction histories.
- Messages about your account, verification requests and security.
- Records and notices that our regulated partners give you through Vezmo for the services we provide together.
Tax forms have their own consent, which you can give or withdraw on the Tax page of your dashboard. If we send you a tax form and you haven’t given that consent, we send it on paper.
03
How we deliver records
We post records in your dashboard, send them by email to the address on your account, or post them on our website and tell you where. A record counts as delivered when we post it or send it, even if you don’t open it.
04
What you need
- A device with internet access.
- A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, with cookies and JavaScript turned on.
- Software that opens PDF files.
- An email account that can receive our messages.
- Enough storage to save records, or a printer to print them.
If these requirements change in a way that could stop you from opening or keeping records, we will tell you first.
05
Paper copies
You can ask for a paper copy of any record within 180 days of when we gave it to you, free of charge, by writing to support@vezmo.com. Asking for a paper copy does not withdraw this consent.
06
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to support@vezmo.com. It takes effect within a reasonable time after we receive it and does not affect records already given.
Because our services are provided online, withdrawing means we can no longer provide them. We will close your account after paying out your available balance, under the Terms of Service.
07
Keeping your email current
Keep your email address up to date in Settings. If our emails to you bounce, we also post the record in your dashboard, where it counts as delivered, and we may limit your account until you update your email.
